Hexpod at UA

Your learning in the Tucson Technics will be rewarding.

We have invited the University of Arizona's Matt Bunting to come and speak to our club. We have not received confirmation but hope to soon. Matt has been developing robots since he was 12 years old. See his video below:

So many kits...so many missing parts :-)

Last year we accumulated several LEGO Kits (esp. 9632).

We took great care at keeping them fully stocked. Sadly, the kits have been out of our jurisdiction since Sep '09. During the interim many pieces of the kits have disappeared.

This is frustrating for the children when they attempt to construct a project.

We will be taking steps to replenish the missing parts over the next few weeks.

Hang in there kids!

Start simple and gain confidence and POINTS!

Remember all the projects have a point value.

If you start out with difficult projects in the kits it will take you longer to gain points!

If you start with some of the simple projects you will gain confidence and you will begin to earn points!

Good luck!
